We began our 10th year on October 8! We have 24 children and 6 tutors for this new school year. We started off our year with a field trip to Kerber's Dairy for a hayride, pumpkin, and ice cream. All made possible by a very generous woman, Helen! We thank you! Pray for our year as we encourage these children in life and in their studies.
Our Christmas Dinner Celebration will be Sunday, December 8. This is our yearly party for our children and families. It is held once again at FEFC and they generously provide the meal and the progam for this anticipated event.
If you would like to help with Christmas needs / or gifts for a child, please call 412-672-6711.

I apologize if I missed anyone. All our volunteers are valuable to the ministry here at Sonshine. We could not be here without you!
Since we re-opened in February after Hope House went under SCM instead of Women's Choice Network, we have been busy in our community. We now have 10 current clients and have had 4 babies born. We continue our Mom to Mom Classes once a month! We have done a community mailing and have put out yard signs around our area.
Our hours are Tuesdays 12-3 and Thursdays 4-7
Pray for us that we can remain faithful to the women God brings through our doors!
